INDEPENDENCE PACKAGE
This is our simplest package; taking care of the basics for your equipment:
-Vacuum & Flush Drains
-Replace Air Filters
-Check Temperature Split
-Replace Batteries at Thermostat (if needed)
This service will be performed every (6) months.
This package will include a (30) Day warranty on drains.
Total Cost: $80 per visit, per system
PATRIOT PACKAGE
This upgraded package includes the services of the Independence Package as well as:
-Treatment for the main drain & drain line
-Cleaning the evaporator with non-acidic cleaner
-Sterilize blower section
-Cleaning the outdoor Coils
-Adding algaecide tablets to drain pan
-Wipe down insulation & wires with cleaner
-Tighten electrical connections on all components
This service will be performed every (6) months.
This package will include a (60) day warranty on drains.
Total Cost: $115 per visit, per system
FREEDOM PACKAGE
This is our most comprehensive maintenance Plan.
This plan will include the services of both the Independence & Patriot Packages, but we will also return to flush drains every (3) months in between maintenance visits.
This package will include a warranty on drains year-round.
Total Cost: $185 at each maintenance visit, per system
